As a service to our customers and potential customers, we offer product flow testing to make sure that your product will work well with our machines. If you would like us to test your product on one of our machines and send you a video of the results, please complete the following steps (please note that we will not run toxic or explosive products):

1. 1. Please first check out our Sample Videos page and our YouTube channel to see if there is already a video of a product similar to yours. Based on our experience of running products for customers over the past 20 years, we reserve the right to direct you to a specific existing video if we feel that its flow characteristics are similar to your product.
   2. Please complete the Product Sample Submission Request  form below. All fields are required. When you have filled it out, please first print a copy, then click on the "Submit" button to send us a copy.
   3. Once we have received your request, we will evaluate it to determine if the product requires testing or not. (We reserve the right to direct you to a specific existing video if we feel that its flow characteristics are similar to your product.) If the product requires testing at our facility, we will process the application and you will receive an approval correspondence with further instructions from Logical Machines.  Please do not send us any product for testing without first receiving an approval email!
   4. Once you have received an approval email, please package a 5 gallon bucket of your product along with all containers that you want us to test with. (You can put a lid on the pail and ship in the pail).
   5. On the form below, please provide the following information in the "additional comments" section:
      • Product make up (i.e. powder, granular, chunky like pasta, strips, etc.)
      • Number of containers/boxes to be shipped
      • Product quantity per container (lbs/Kg)
